The Print "Rain" is now carried at Union Studio in St. Louis. Rain is inspired by a photo I took while visiting Chicago. It was a cool foggy night, I looked up and there was this water tower at the top of a building.

About
Roxanne Phillips is originally from Dallas, and now calls St. Louis home. She received her MFA in Printmaking and Drawing from Washington University in St. Louis and her BFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of North Texas. Currently she hold the position of Master Printer at Pele Prints, teaches for University College at Washington University, and is Admin. Assistant / Installer at Art Saint Louis. Phillips' choice medium is printmaking. Her prints can be found in museum and gallery exhibits internationally and in private collections.
